Please note that the tool directly scans cloud storage for duplicates. However, as you are facing issues we suggest you to stop the scan and download the latest version of the product.

Once that is done, rescan the device.

This should help.

However, if you still face issues, we suggest you contact our support team at suppprt@systweak.com and share with them screenshot, version of Windows you are using.

They will be able to assist you better.

I am on the paid subscription. My scan has now been running for 2 days and it is not halfway done. It also seems to be downloading all my files from the cloud. This is creating even more copies of the photos I am trying to find and delete. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Please note when you purchase any of the Systweak products a confirmation mail with all the details is send to the email address you use when purchasing the order. However, sometimes if you have set some rules the mail might be moved to SPAM folder. Therefore, we suggest you to check the same for the email. However, if you are unable to find it we suggest you to write to support@systweak.com with all the details like order number, email address you used to purchase, customer name. This will help them look for records and share the key along with registration steps.

I just paid for a subscription because i thought it worked well and it did except for the fact that after it organized all my photos and marked all my duplicates it asked me to enter the activation key which they never sent me. So now i find that the service is nonexistent. Ive spent hours trying to get help with this but the software doesn’t allow it. Not contact number and the chat asked me for infor i haven’t been sent so im stuck trying to order it again and paying twice and maybe having a better outcome or just loosing my money. I have a receipt but there’s no reply anywhere so i don’t where to send it. The question never comes up in the support page either. Not good.
